Ethara shortlisted across 31 award categories as industry awards season gets under way

In recognition of Ethara’s commitment to excellence, the Ethara group has been shortlisted in 31 categories across four industry awards programmes as the 2026 awards season returns in full force, with more nominations to come as the year progresses.  

Alongside accolades including F1 Promoter of the Year and Guinness World Records recognition, Ethara has been shortlisted for SPIA’s Agency of the Year and Eventex’s People’s Choice Agency.  

Several sporting events were shortlisted across multiple award categories, including Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix as the Best Sporting Event and People’s Choice Event and NBA Abu Dhabi Games 2025 Presented by ADQ as the Major Global Sport Event of the Year.  

Beyond sport, Ethara’s shows were also shortlisted, including Yasalam presented by e& as the Best Music Event, and Saadiyat Nights as the Favourite Concert, Show or Festival.  

While Ethara continues to deliver and promote unforgettable experiences for its audiences, its venues have also been recognized across multiple categories for their operational excellence and sustainability efforts. Yas Marina Circuit, Etihad Arena and Zayed Sports City are all shortlisted for SPIA’s Sport Venue of the Year.
