E1H Cohort 2 Pitch Day Set on 4 June to Showcase a New Group of Entrepreneurs

The Ethara 1TW Innovation Hub (E1H) announced Cohort 2’s Pitch Day on 4 June 2026, culminating the six-week programme with founders presenting their businesses to investors, industry leaders and key stakeholders. 

The E1H incubator is helping early-stage founders take their ideas further within the sports and entertainment industry. Cohort 2 is bringing together entrepreneurs developing solutions across health, sustainability, talent, technology and sport innovation. 

The programme’s impact on Cohort 1 is already taking shape. Dawn Barnable’s The Mettleset has continued to grow its platform for women in sport, reaching audiences across the region and beyond.  

Meanwhile, Billel Boudouma’s Icosium and Ahmed Cheikh-Omar’s Athlyn showcased their products at the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2025, highlighting how E1H can support founders beyond the programme and into real industry environments. 

More members of the inaugural cohort are also awaiting test opportunities facilitated through Ethara and 1TW in the coming period. 

As the UAE’s first dedicated sports and entertainment innovation hub, E1H gives entrepreneurs access to mentorship from global experts, specialist workshops, Ethara’s teams and assets, introductions to local and international networks, and pathways to investors and potential commercial partnerships. 

Partnerships with Creative Media Authority and City Football Group add to the growth of E1H and its cohorts.
