In partnership with MODON, our team successfully designed, built, and managed a 20sqm stand at the prestigious Monaco Yacht Show, held from 24–27 September 2025 in Monaco. 

The bespoke pavilion brought the vision of the Nawayef project on Hudayriyat Island, Abu Dhabi to life globally, reflecting the project’s luxurious look and feel through refined detailing and premium materials.

The stand featured an intricate scale model showcasing the Nawayef mansions and villas, allowing international visitors to experience the developer's distinctive architecture and setting. From concept to completion, the Ethara team oversaw the full execution and operational management of the project, ensuring a seamless delivery that captured the essence of modern Abu Dhabi living and positioned MODON among the world’s elite real estate developers.
